Making Madisonville Great Now is the time to have your business involved by attending our monthly meeting at 12:00 pm, on the last Tuesday of the month, meeting place will be announced monthly. Everyone is welcome to attend, bring new ideas and get involved with the future growth of our community.

All   booths   will   be   outside,   and   you   must   provide   all   booth   materials   (tables,   chairs,   canopy, etc.).   Please   note   that   there   are   restrictions   listed   on   the   application   form.   Booth   rental   is $100.00   for   a   10ft.   X   10ft.   curb   side   space   with   one   side   access.   Corner   booths   or   those   down the   middle   of   the   street   will   have   one   or   two   additional   open   sides.   There   is   a   $25   fee   for each   additional   side.   Electricity,   if   needed,   is   $20/outlet   used   and   are   added   to   the   cost   of booth   rental.   If   you   are   a   food   vendor,   you   must   have   either   a   State   of   Texas   or   a   Madison County Temporary Food Establishment Permit ($52 payable to Madison Co.) Contact for Texas State   Health   permit,   contact   Chase   Manning   at   936-349-6201   All   vendors   must   have   a   Texas Sales   and   Use   Tax   Permit   or   proof   of   exemption.   The   festival   area   includes   the   Courthouse Square,   streets   surrounding   the   downtown   district,   and   across   the   street   from   the   historic Woodbine   Hotel,   The   festival   begins   at   10:00   a.m.   and   ends   at   5:00   p.m.   Madisonville   is located   on   I-45,   at   the   intersection   of   State   Highway   21,   about   half-   way   between   Houston and   Dallas.   We   are   a   small   town   with   friendly   folks,   and   we   love   to   welcome   visitors   to   our   area   during   this   exciting   annual   event.   So   make   your plans   to   come   to   Madisonville,   The   Mushroom   Capital   of   Texas,   in   October,   2018.   If   you   are   new   to   the   Texas   Mushroom   Festival   and   to   the Madisonville   area,   we   look   forward   to   meeting   you;   and   if   you   are   coming   back,   we   are   delighted   and   look   forward   to   your   return   with   great anticipation! Texas Mushroom Festival      Saturday, October 13, 2018               Join Us in Madisonville         The Mushroom Capital of Texas OPENING CEREMONIES AT 10:00 A.M.
